The Innocent Brown Girl Project (IBGP) is an independent educational organization dedicated to raising the discourse about discipline disparities Black and Brown girls and gender-expansive youth experience during their years spent in the public education system.
The Mission
We empower educators and advocates to cultivate the greatness in Brown Girls by teaching them to believe in themselves, work together, and empower them with charisma, compassion, and confidence.
The Vision
We prepare girls for a lifetime of self-love, self-respect, positive relationships, and positive habits.
